Template proposals not working in eclipse "No Default Proposals"

If  you don’t get a Default Proposals when you  type Ctrl + space in eclipse editor.

You have to configure the behavior of content assist (Ctrl+space) command to Select the proposal kinds contained in the ‘default’ content assist list, by checking of Java proposal or Java non-type proposal from:

Windows > Preferences > Java > Editor > Content Assist > Advanced

Now if you tap Ctrl+space you get the Proposals.
